  • Orders are a request by You to buy Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

We are confident that you will appreciate our products and goods, but we understand that there may be situations where you might want or need to cancel your Order from our Website. To exercise your right of cancellation, you need to inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can let us know your decision by emailing us at support@edutechhaven.com. We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the Order, and you won’t be charged any fees for this refund.

DIGITAL GOODS:

  • For recurring digital goods and/or subscriptions (“Subscription”): Your payment for the Services will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription cycle. You can cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting our support at the email mentioned above. The cancellation will take effect the day after the Subscription cancellation, after which you will be downgraded and/or denied access to the Subscription and/or to the Services. The cancellation does not entitle you to a refund and/or in-store credit for a partial Subscription cycle.
  • For one-time digital goods: You can cancel your Order within 7 days from the purchase, without providing any reason, by contacting our support at the email mentioned above. If a purchased Digital Good does not perform as described on the Website, you can contact our support at any time, and we will review your claim. If we find your claim to be justified, we will refund you. Refunds will not be granted in cases of purchase abuse.
  • For digital services as digital goods (Digital Services): Due to the unique and personal nature of Digital Services, returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we have the sole and complete discretion to assess cancellation requests. We will consider factors such as the Terms of Use and whether the Digital Services were executed according to our highest standards. On the other hand, we may consider your misconduct and/or improper use of the Digital Services. Incomplete Orders may be cancelled up to 7 days after the Order has been placed. Completed Orders or completed milestones may be cancelled up to 3 days after the delivery of the Digital Services or the Notice of them, whichever is the latest.

TANGIBLE GOODS:

You can cancel your Order within 7 days without providing any reason. The deadline for cancelling anOrder is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date has passed
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

RETURNING GOODS

You bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
